It is our aim to bring skilled virtual assistant support to medical and dentist practices, as well as small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Being GDC registered and having spent much of my career in dentistry – first as a dental nurse, then receptionist, practice manager and treatment coordinator, I understand the daily challenges that running a successful practice can bring. Your main focus should always be your patients, so being able to help them and do work that you love shouldn’t be overshadowed by having to sort the admin.
And that’s where me and my team come in. We’re here to take on the jobs that keep you from doing the work that only you can do.
Here at EM Office VA, we love admin. And we love knowing that we are making the working day a little bit easier for all our clients. But it’s not just admin that we can help with. We are on hand to streamline processes, boost productivity and promote efficiencies within your business or practice, and help you grow.
Like my team, I’m happy to get stuck in wherever you need me. My positive attitude and strong communication skills mean I enjoy working as part of a team, solving problems and over coming challenges. Learning new skills and growing in everything I do is really important to me, as is creating a rapport with my clients and their customers.
